Don't bother making an appointment. They didn't start my nails until an hour after my appointment time and took other customers before starting mine. Terrible service.

I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and 6 out of 10 are lifting. I go back in because Hana had told me the last time i was in if I had any problems with this set she would fix it. The reason why she said she would was because the prior set 3 cracked and broke. So I go in today to have them replace them at no charge and hana is not working today and they tell me they won't fix them because my nails grow to fast. They said they would put glue on them and charge me for a fill. I ask to talk to hana so they call her. No answer ago they tell me to came back tomorrow. This is the only day I can because i don't have my daughter. So I leave and call them to get the owners number and they tell me they don't know and hang up on me. I call back and let them know I didn't appreciate them hanging up on me. And I ask for Hanas number they tell me no I ask for the owners again and they tell me no and she is to busy to help me and hangs up on me yet again. I call one more time and they will not answer. The other thing is I am a licensed cosmetologist so I do know how acrylic works and this is not normal. Hana is great! And I wish she did nails. For the others including the older lady that was so rude they need a lesson in customer service. I have been coming here 4 months and before these last 2 issues the nails were great. When I told them I would take my business else where she smiled and said ok. RUDE RUDE PEOPLE!
