Provided by YP.comThe agents do not fully understand what they are doing with policies. A policy was bound without this agency ever getting my signature or authority let alone notifying me. The only reason I found out insurance coverage was bound was due to receiving a bill from the actual insurance carrier in the mail. I know plenty of insurance professionals and this agency lacks professionalism and caring
