Great place to entertain out of town friends. Close to central Placerville. Good food and great choices.

The perfect place to stop for breakfast on the way to Apple Hill. They make all their bread from scratch and the ollalieberry pancakes are wonderful.

The food is very, very good. Fast and friendly service. Quick to get you what you need and help as needed. The atmosphere is great in the quaint old house and while you could ask for better service, you'd never find it. The service is already great. Ready to greet you with a smile and answer your multitudes of questins about their menu and other offerings. If you have a hearty appitite, try one of the four egg (that is right 4) omlettes! That will fill you. I am a hearty eater but could not finish mine. Everything tastes great. Be sure to try one of their cinnamon rolls...try one with nuts. I find it difficult to be disappointed. During my last visit, I even traveled in from Tahoe to have breakfast. If you arrive on a Saturday, be sure to check out the farmers market in the lot next to the restaurant. Enjoy!
