I really like Taco Bell and so do my grandkids.I go to the Taco Bell on Broadway Street in Placerville quite often, the last few times I’ve gone there they have been pretty slow. I went again today and I must’ve sat in the drive-through for almost a half an hour! When I got to the window I asked the gentleman if they were short on help, he looked at me and was totally confused, and very frustrated.when he tried to explain what was going on, he threw his hands up in the air and said I don’t know! When I got home and opened my order I was Flabbergasted! These people truely do not know anything about what’s going on or how to run this Taco BelI. I ordered a bean burrito with no red sauce and onions,I got a burrito with cheese and red sauce. I ordered a tostada it was supposed to be a double tostada,I got red sauce lettuce and tomatoes on a taco shell. It had no beans,no meat. Not to mention they couldn’t serve any kind of drinks because something was going on with the carbonated drink machine, so all they could serve was Ice-Tea. Idon’t know what’s going on there but they are in need of help badly! Don’t know how to take orders don’t know how to multitask don’t know how to read the orders and they’re standing around in there like they’re not even busy when there’s 10 cars in line in the drive-through. Well never go there again!!!!!

As much as I'd hate to admit, I love Taco Bell. Eat here more than any other fast food restaurant. It's usually always busy, especially at lunch time. But great service here.
