I had just bought a brand new car when suddenly our TV broke and we needed a new one. So, we loaded the large, old TV in the back of my new SUV. I noticed we had chipped a piece of paint off of the back bumper. I brought it to Crystal Shine Body Shop in Plainfield and met with the owner, John. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also talked me through a few options of what we could do to fix the problem. I found all of the staff to be just as friendly and helpful. The work done on my car was beautiful. It has been restored to how it looked when I first bought it. I also thought I was given a fair price and the work was completed in a timely manner. It is the obvious that the owner, John, takes great pride in his team's work. Finding a business like Crystal Shine that delivers a high quality product at a very reasonable price is like striking gold!
