always thought this place was very nice. until this week! I have never been so disappointed by a business before, sooo unprofessional!!. My FAV stylist left to open her open salon (GO HER SHE IS AMAZING!!), Salon 9 called to notify me of this then offered all services for the next 6 months free if i stay with them.. I understand wanting to keep your business. But it was very unprofessional and unappealing. The owners head must me floating with all of the Arrogance she has.. I went there because of the stylist, i was recommended by a friend to go to her not your snobbish salon..they are just trying to bomb this stylists new business.. Such a shame unprofessional vindictive people run buisnesses.

I recommend going to see Rebecca for haircuts. She does a great job.
