The customer service is simply awesome. I ordered seat covers for a 1963 Nova Convertible I was selling in 3 weeks. John ordered the seat covers from his distributor, but somehow there was a miscommunication. He kept at the distributor (calling nearly every day!) until I got my seat covers. Today I have a tracking number and should get my seat covers tomorrow! Yay. These people are simply awesome!

They also have very competitive prices.

Do not recommend, liers, almost 2 months for floor pans I was told were in stock,, lie after lie, never never again. Don't let this happen to you!

Not sure what all the fuss is about in the below reviews. These folks have been around since the 1980's and they are by far the least expensive retailer you can acquire car parts from. Although there are times they are back ordered on parts, they are always clear to me at least when I will receive them.

We have also had problems with their parts and their customer service is horrible. I just want them to replace a part they sent that was defective (poorly manufactured so it doesn't work as designed). Of course they are telling me the manufacturer says there is nothing wrong with it - in the first place the web page shows the front and back of the part and it is obviously a case of misassembly - took pictures of the part they sent front and back and they are incapable of seeing the problem. They just don't want to take care of business - will not give them any more of my business. Don't make the mistake I did.

The customer service is terrible. I ordered parts for my 65 Chevy Impala SS as I saw them advertised on Ebay. They claimed they had the parts in stock when I ordered the parts. 5 weeks later I'm still waiting on all my parts. Rob is the manager and is the biggest Liar of them all. The biggest lie is "we couldn't ship you the part it has rust on it". Last week he said the parts was shipped to them instead of me and he would ship it out Monday. I talked to John and he said the parts just come in today and he ship it right out. He forgot he lied to me 3 weeks ago when he said the parts had shipped and they had not. If you have an issue with your parts when you receive it your screwed. You'll have to deal with them all over again. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. I've never had such bad service in my life and I'll never go back once I get my parts if I ever do.

STAY AWAY AVOID THESE LIARS

Save your time and money and find another place to order your parts. The customer service here is non existent. John one of the three stooges that orders the phone will lie directly to your face so he can place the order. Ordered a few parts and they neglected to include one of my items, when I called they lied and said it was in stick and would over night the item. When I called back to ask why I have not received my item they told me no one there had ever spoke to me. LIARS! They also could not tell me if it would take three days or three weeks to get my parts because they have to order them. Save yourself the trouble and order from the other guys where they get their parts.
