The food is good and usually the service is nice and friendly but my wife and I have been there several times to find out they are out of pretty much everything we want. We have even ordered rapid pickup and when we got to the window we had to revise every item on our order. I don't know who is in charge of ordering food but cutting corners to save money does not promote good service.

Absolutely Disgusted

I am at work and I called to get a menu faxed over not once but twice. The first time I called the teenage brat on the phone was very rude. The second time I called another teenage brat answered and was even more rude. I asked to speak with a manager. Pam was more rude than both of the brats. I don't know if Panera requires there employees to be rude but I will never use this company for any of our business events.
