My mother purchased an new refrigerator last week at the store. Paid in full and it was delivered unfortunately damaged in the inside. 2 cracks in the back surface wall. She reported it to the manufacture and they suggested that she have the store replace it. at this stage the store suggested that they could have some one repair it but we simply request a new refrigerator (that is what was paid for) We are waiting for a reply from the store management at this stage. My mother is 74 yrs. old and I can only monitor this activity from 3000 miles away! I hope well will be able to write a very complimentary review for this company!
