Today I had one of the truly embarrassing moments that I can remember. As l was loading my groceries into my car in the parking lot, a uniformed very intimiminating security guard came to me and snatched my cart from my hands and said, "You can load your groceries from the curb like everyone else". I was so shocked, I did not know what to say. Apparently, the procedure is to leave your groceries unattended and go get your vehicle and hope your groceries are still there when you teturn. None of that was explained to me by the dutiful guard. Anyway, I will make his job easier going forward because neither I nor anyone in my family will ever set foot on Twin Cities property again in Plainfield nor any other Twin Cities location. Really, you are paying this guy to piss off customers. At the very least he needs lessons in customer service. Actually, it is a great way to keep the store from being very crowded on a Saturday morning.
