I am a veteran and a mother of three. We were the first family to move into the Preserve in 2013. Despite the annual rent increases I have remained in the community I am currently paying $2370 and my rent is up to date. My lease ends 2/23/17. I asked for a lease extension or a month to month option until the end of the school year. My daughter is graduating from HS and my youngest is in the 2nd grade. Not only do they want to increase the rent to $70 they also are adding a premium of $250. That will bring my rent to $2690. The owner and managers of Eagle Rock are not willing to work with me. I am outraged to say the least. The only thing Eagle rock is concerned with is money. Shame on Eagle Rock Managers.

Terribly managed - all the management team is interested in is collecting rent - you can call and leave messages - no one calls back - but if your rent is delayed by a day - there they are!
I have lived here for 2 years - the office on location has good people - but the corp office is unresponsive and uncaring.
