Purchased sunglasses for my son on 9/1/16. I was told a detailed itemized receipt would be mailed to my house within a week. 2 phone calls and 4 weeks later, nothing. When following up, the lady working there was rude and dismissive. I have no idea what the problem is obtaining an itemized receipt to pass on to my insurer. It seems like a simple enough request.
