You need to be prepared to have a lawyer review all Easements and Right-Of-Way's with this title search company. This company seems to be unable to identify who has granted the easements and to whom.they were granted. You will be made aware of possible easements and the date granted and that is all. You can request further information and the documents will be sent to you for your own review. Asking for help in identifying to whom an easement or ROW is granted is met with the answer "I am not a lawyer and cannot interpret the document". Gee thanks. I though Title Insurance was to provide a title search to make buyers aware of liens and existing Easements and ROWs.
