Nice facilities but this is not the place to go unless you enjoy waiting 4-5 days, every time, to get someone to refill a prescription, (seriously, it's a fax...), and then when you go to the pharmacy you find out that their staff trashed talked you to the pharmacist because they're upset that you've called them multiple times trying to get a life sustaining prescription refilled. And don't bother questioning why a PA refuses to refill your insulin so that you have enough to get by until your endocrinologist appointment 30 days later - you'll get a nice certified letter signed by 6 doctors, 5 of whom have never laid eyes on you and the one that did on one occasion wasn't even your PCP, stating that they will no longer provide you with medical care. Extremely unprofessional. The funny thing is - I had decided not to go back even before I got their "take a hike" letter. Sadly, 1 star may be a little too much for West Texas Family Medicine.
