I live in and old house. Years ago I had an issue with my basement. It was very damp and causing a lot of aggravation. I called the Rich and spoke to him in depth about my options. He suggested a Humidex system which I've had a for a few years now and we are very satisfied. Low energy cost and moves the air through and drys it out.
Last year I had some flooding. Water started coming in a couple of areas of my foundation. Again, the owner and his crew came in and patched all the joints of the foundation, water proofed the wall, installing a liner and installed perimeter drain along with a sump pump. I had a tricky spot too at the hatchway and just to be sure they added a grate attached perimeter drain. All the guys were really professional and respectful. Each day after worked they cleaned up after themselves and put all of their equipment in a nice neat pile so I didn't trip over anything. I would definitely have them back if need be but I hope I don't!
