Had very similar experience as previous reviewer. Purchased a Living Social deal on a detail. Multiple calls to the business to set up an appointment went unanswered. I finally went to the physical location of the business on a weekday during regular business hours and no one was there. The door to the business was locked.



I contacted Living Social and was issued a credit. I will also be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Would never use this place again. Bought a online type groupon discount for this place. Then left messages that werent returned when trying to make an appointment. Finally got someone.



First they tried to upsell me. When I said no, they told me I could not get an appointment for 2 months. Then when I said schedule me further out, they said they wouldn't do weekends becuase I didn't buy a more comprehensive package.



In my view, not at all reputable to do business with.
