Terrible customer service and communication by Diane. I waited from July until mid October to store my RV. I wanted local business with 14 foot door. When contacted Diane to arrange for storage, I was told that I did not have a spot and she fabricated a story that it was my fault. Completely false and she made no effort to rectify the situation. she is rude and not customer serviced oriented at all.
