I used to come here to the plainwell subway once or so a week, I always got my 2 year old daughter a mini sub on flat bread, never had problems, well this last time I went in I saw a couple new workers, they were extremely rude, would not allow me to get my kids sandwich on flat bread like I always have, and when I asked what changed they said they never allowed it and argued with me when I said they always have!!! What ever happened to customers always right? What ever happened to customer satisfaction? This place is no longer getting my business and I will make sure no one I know goes here either!!!

I had the worst service I have ever had in my life they even put the wrong chips in my bag who messes up chips too really? Trying to get them to fix everything was even worse 3 trips for 2 meals still wrong in the end!!!
