The owner, Zelda, was extremely rude and was the only black spot on the wonderful celebration that we held at The Calico Rabbit. She made threats, lied, and was beyond inappropriate. As with the comments below, I am spreading the word that Plainwell is not being well represented by this woman. Really unfortunate.

So many different styles of crafts, soaps, candles, lotions and decorating item. Really enjoyed my visit!!

really this is the best craft mall i have ever been to i think its even better then a craft show!!! you pick out all the stuff you want and check out all one time!!!!! How great is that!? and they take credit and debit cards!!! I will keep doing my gift shopping here never at a walmart again!! such cool things!!! thanks!!! I really like how they always know who i am!!!!

I called just now to get hours and more information about their mall and the person hung up the phone on me. What kind of business is this.

I called the other day to get information on their mall and the person on the phone was very rude. She wouldnt give me any information or anything. I was plaining a trip to the Plainwell MI area but I guess I will not be visiting there.
