Precious pets are the best. they do a wonderful job bathing, and "styling" my dog. They ask me how I'd like it cut, and always do just that. .... I have nothing but great things to say about them. My dog is not the easiest to groom, as he gets very anxious. But they make accommodations that make it less stressful for everyone, and he comes out wagging his tail looking beautiful. ... You may have to wait for an appointment,because of their popularity. But well worth it.

I must say, reading the first review I am honestly thinking that person had the wrong grooming salon. I have been a client at Precious Pets for 10 years with my beloved Wheaton Terrier and Poodle and I have had nothing but great things to say each time i've gone in to get my "kids". Not only do they do a great job (and a thorough one at that), they go above and beyond trying to accomodate me since I have a crazy work schedule. And as far as the person stating that they cut his dog and never told him about it, I have a hard time believing that because it doesn't sound like their type of character. My dogs have had a quicked nail from time to time, however, these are live creatures and they probably move around now and then while being groomed! Face it, crap happens (sorry to be so blunt) and i'm sure like us, they aren't always perfect. But to actually "cut" someone's pet and not tell the owner, sorry I just don't believe it. (has it ever crossed your mind that maybe your own pet might not be that easy to groom? I have seen mine in action, and I give the groomers a ton of credit for what they do!) I give Precious Pets a big thumbs up, and so do Shaggy and Cosmo!!!

first few times they did a fantastic job, then did less and less each time, the last time it looked like all they did was wash her. Never clipped nails, never did pads, although they started but gave her a good cut that they filled with quick stop to stop the bleeding. Called me an hour and a half after I dropped her off and said she was done, and never mentioned they had cut her and she was bleeding just wanted the 45 dollars. Be careful with your dogs people
