One of the best places to train!! Sensei Rick Hawn is committed to the martial arts and takes the time to make sure everyone from the lowest to the highest rank is getting the correct technique. Watching him demonstrate moves is inspiring!! He makes every class challenging, yet fun and he has the utmost respect for every one of his students!!! He is a World class Martial artist yet he is so down to earth you would never guess until you watch him move. He never wastes class time bragging about his accomplishments and he has never said a bad word about other martial arts academies.
The entire class is dedicated to giving the best instruction to each and every student. Everyone gets the same quality of instruction , it doesn't matter if you are there just to get back in shape or if you are training for a competition.
Rick Hawn is an inspiring instuctor and his actions during class and outside of the academy demontrate his professionalism and his dedication to maintaining the integrity of each of the martial arts he is trained in!!!

1st class martial arts academy . 1st class "professional" instructor. A total fun stress release and you learn something. Both my son (Judo & BJJ) and my self (Muay Thai) attend this school and we both love it !! Rick Hawn the instructor and owner is the real deal !
