Really good customer service and was really happy how I was treated, never having used one of these kind of loans before. Franky was great and I was relived finding quick cash today. Really helped us out today!

Today was a lousy day I needed money for Christmas and looked up my options. I went to three loan places and one of my stops was Title loans in Plaistow. The loan max place wanted so much money for what I needed the woman scared me and was really pushy. I needed a few hundred bucks.. why so pushy! I went to the place next store and met a very professional young man who knew I was freaked out! He kept it upfront and went over the rates ( wich are insane ) he also took the time to help me plan out my budget so I could repay this loan fast!! I can't emphasize enough how warm and welcome Frank was, he told me over and over he wouldn't set me up to fail.. they do tell you you could lose your car if you don't pay and the rates are very high but I needed money to put some gifts under the tree, knowing I can afford the monthly payments is great. I would recommend this loan office to anyone in a jam. Just know to pay it off fast!! It's not as scary as they make it sound and I didn't feel pushed at all. My wife and I have been using another loan office nearby intill a few months ago. We met Frank at Title cash who really was very understanding with our situation. Whenever I go to one of these places I immediately feel judged or like a bum. Frank was great he didn't let us leave intill we understood the terms of the loan and made it fun and easy. Today we closed out our loan and if needed we will be sure to come back. If you need quick money and like us had no choice go to title loans in Plaistow. The places near by were really horrible customer service and the manager at this place is great with people. The interest is high with the type of loan but if you pay it back fast it's better then any bank option. -Bob
