It was such a hassle to get in every appointment, the staff was confused about nearly everything and nearly made me lose my insurance because of their dumb mistakes. The doctor spelled my prescription wrong, and it took me FOUR days to have them change it. I eventually had to go back in and talk to the staff to change it, because I was usually on hold for about an hour before being transferred to the wrong place. I'd never go here again.
