spoke to Max about the 2010 Corvette ZR1 discuss the car.. Max stated the car is perfect no paint work or accident. I said ok then we agreed at $65000. Upon arrival I see the passenger side have massive paint work even the passenger headlight was not put back together properly.. Showed everything to Max and his finance manager Scott and everything in there eyes looked perfect.. I gave them 2 options A. that I give you the check and drive the car to my place and get it inspected and if my mechanic finds that it has a severe body damage then i return the car the next day. Option B... Dempsey dodge take the car to Chevrolet and get the inspection faxed over to me.. so me and Scott agreed to option B. After a week goes by they call me and tell me that we have the car up on our lift and our mechanics will do inspection and send you the report and I said to Scott that me and you never agreed to this and his reply was is the same thing.. Aftergoing through hell I told Scott cancel the transactions and refund my deposit $3500 and his response was that I will not refund your deposit. I told him its illegal to do that and he said he doesn't care... SO GUYS BE CAREFUL THIS IS A SHADY DEALERSHIP AND I WILL NOT GIVE THEM A $1 BUSINESS.. AND I WILL GET MY DEPOSIT BACK BY DISPUTING WITH CREDIT CARD.. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYY

Ext test drive

About 8 months ago, I inquired about a SmartCar they had listed on autotrader. Ken H was very prompt with the follow-up and helpful with his answers. I was concerned I would not like the controversial trans on the smart as reviews online have it as a very jerky drive. I was able to sign some papers and take the car on an extended test drive! I ended up being able to keep it from Saturday close to open on Monday! In the end I did not end up purchasing the car (loved it! But wanted a cabriolet) but Ken did not pressure me at all or make me feel guilty that I had decided not to purchase. I felt so comfortable with him, I actually showed him a few things on the car that needed their attention!



While I did not purchase at that time, due to the service I received, I am planning on purchasing my next car from them. Just put in a request this morning thru their car finder feature on their web page so hopefully very soon! As a young woman, I have found car buying to be incredibly stressful as the salesmen usually see a woman and think they know nothing about cars except color and shininess. I did not receive any of those feelings of unease at Dempsey's while I was looking!
