I first ordered replacement foam for a rifle case on Jan. 25, 2016 after having them admit it was 3 weeks late I got the foam a week later Feb. 17. So needless to say it was the wrong foam (error for them). So on Feb 18th I reordered the foam now it's Feb. 29th and no new replacement foam yet. Terrible, terrible shipping and no communication between departments. Last Plano I'll buy now it's Boyes, pelican ect.
