Would never use them again. After receiving a ridiculously expensive quote to fix our problems we said no. We called someone else who found the real problem and didn't try to over charge us for it.

Great Service, reliable. Als plumbing came out to find out the mystery of my high water bill which was a possible leak in the pipes in slab. They came out to investigate and explained every step, answered my questions, outlined the fees and offered suggestions and options. They found out it wasn't a leak but a faulty part and replaced it for no additional charge. The job was done on time, great customer service and trustworthy.The negative experiences on the reviews here are the complete opposite of what I experienced, overall from calling in the problem to getting the work done they are easy and reliable. I do not work for the company nor are friends with anyone at the company, my realtor referred me to Als and I trust my realtor's resources. I highly recommend calling Al's for an easy, pleasant experience for plumbing repairs!

My air conditioning went out in 100 degree weather. I called in the evening and Al's was able to come out the next day. Their schedule was understandably packed and they fit me in - Carlos came at 7:00PM at night and staying unti the job was fixed. He got me up and running and then gave me an estimate of how long my unit will last (another 18 months or so). I appreciated this so much because I woudl't have known the difference if he had told me that my unit would only last another day and that I had to replace it right then. The cost was very reasonable and there are coupons on the website so be sure to check there first.



I offered the tech water and dinner (since it was so late) -you would think I had offered him a million dollars he was so grateful. He said I'd be surprised how many people don't even offer him water in this heat!

I used other plumbing companyie in the area until my neighbor refered me to Al's Plumbing and I have been using them ever since. I was especially impressed by the caring attitudes and sincere concern for their customers. They offer various discounts on their services and you can find these coupons & discounts on their website or by simply asking when you schedule an appointment. I have had the opportunity to compare this company to other plumbing companies in the area and I can tell you that if you have ever had a lousy plumbing job done it will make you appreciate having a plumber that knows what he is doing and one that will take the time to explain things to you. This is the only company I will call.

They charged me well over what it cost a friend of mine for the exact same job. Their quote for a new outside system was over twice what other (reputable) companies were asking, and I got 6 other quotes, same exact model number. When I asked them about it, they said they could take off a grand if I would sign for the job right then. Save your money and stick with more reputable contractors who actually care about you and not their pocketbooks.

Al's plumbing is way over priced. don't let the low trip charge fool you. Trust me at least get a second estamate you will save much more than their trip fee.

Good work once haggled over the initial quote of $300+. I said that's a new toilet, I just want the leak fixed, so he came down to $150.
