Great service and very friendly, BUT they offer you services without telling you it's going to cost extra money until you get the bill. After I had already paid they charged me for getting a design on my nails and didn't tell me beforehand that it would cost me $6! The designs definitely werent worth $6 and you can tell they rushed to get it done. Again they are friendly and do a nice job but they overcharge too much.

I have been going to Aqua Nail Spa for several years and have been very pleased with the service and staff.

I just went there yesterday, and there was wonderful service. But, then I had a coupon for 15% off and that's where the problem started. First, he only took about 7% off, and gave the excuse that he just rounds up. (He rounded up almost $3!) Then, when I filled out the receipt and signed it, I put the correct amount and the tip on it-he said okay! He then even printed a receipt with the correct amount and he lied and said he just charged that amount. Today, I looked at my bank account and he had rounded up yet again!!! (And it wasn't because I gave a bad tip-I tipped the girl $7-almost 20%!) So beware! If you're going here, you're being overcharged!
