Great selection and very friendly sales people. Oliver Gallegos was very friendly and helpful. When we described what we were looking for he quickly directed us to the best options. He answered all our questions and made it easy for us to make up our minds on which furniture was best for us. He was also a genuine pleasure to talk to. A very nice guy. Shavahn helped us complete the purchase process and she was also a pleasure to work with.

we went for returning furniture on November 14th 2017 because of some reasons and they promised us that the accounting department would send the check within two to three weeks, but as a result, we did not receive the refund within three weeks, yesterday our family went there again for the refund matter, honestly, the attitude of the people who work at customer service department were not kind, I could even said rude attitude, since then, we had been deciding not to buy any furniture from that store ever again, that was a bad experience

I have bought couches, chairs, recliner , dinning room set and beds from Ashley and highly recommended them to family and friends. But today for the first time I felt unhappy with the people who was waiting on me. I for the first time got pressure by the sale lady even after I had told her I was not going to buy beds after all. I was there to buy a recliner and I got one. It took way to long and I was exhausted and very unhappy with the whole thing. I had a sale flyer with me that I received in the mail saying I would get 5 years with no interest to pay off with no minimum purchase. At first the sales lady told me that I didn't buy enough and would have less time to pay it off. After I showed where it was said on the flyer she went to talk to someone and came back saying I was right. My problem with that she should have know more about the sale. Just tired from a long day for a 69 year old with a bad back.

Stopped by the store to browse selections not intending to purchase. After checking rooms to go and Nebraska furniture mart I wasn't to set on where exactly to purchase a living room set. Sales women Cathy allowed me to shop comfortably without pressuring me to purchase. Friendly customer service and wonderful women. Currently awaiting delivery with inform once furniture is delivered

The furnitures are made with horrible quality and sales people are bunch of liars. The leather on my expensive couch is falling apart after just couple of years. But, it's ok because they sold me on the extended warranty because it would cover just about everything. NOPE! Nothing is covered. Extended warranty is a scam they sell making you think you will have peace of mind. but, in reality, it just screws you into spending couple hundred dollars extra without actually providing anything. I told myself I will never shop with Ashley furniture again when I went through some terrible buying experience with delivery people shady sales people(long story) when I bought the furnitures. Who would have though that they will come back and screw me once again?

I hope this company crashes and burns to the ground.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought byca...

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought bycast leather which I was told was leather top and polyurethane sides. WRONG!!! It's top is made of 45% leather (the last and thinnest layer of hide) and 55% poly. The sides are all poly, very cheap and tacky poly (VINYL) at that. My furniture arrived damaged 2 weeks ago and they have yet to resolve this issue. A nail is sticking out the side of the vinyl and the back board on the chair is broken. No one in management will return your calls. This is the worst customer service experience that I have ever had with a company. I've already placed a complaint with the BBB. Attorney General's office is next. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE!!

My experience was awesome! Had trouble with credit but the in house financing took care of me. Delivery was fast. In fact, to help keep the set a surprise for my son, the delivery department worked around my schedule- very professional and super friendly. It has been about 6 months since I bought a bedroom set for my sons 14th birthday and we have had no trouble at all. In fact, my salesperson still gets in touch with me about how we are doing and to let me know about other products I had requested are on sale. The protection plan was explained in detail and I'm glad we have it. Go visit the store and you will see that with the right associate, you will have a great experience as well. DO NOT BUY LEATHER COUCHES from this place! We bought a leather couch, loveseat, and chair. After 1 1/2 years the headrest area on the coach is worn (the leather has peeled off). The warranty on their furniture is only 1 year. We bought the extended warranty plan (which we were told would cover anything) and it does not cover normal wear and tear. I can understand that, however after 1 1/2 years good quality leather should not be peeling. My son also scraped the couch in another area with his baseball cleat. The service plan denied that as well. They said it was a scrape and not a puncture. Please do not waste your time with this company. The quality of furniture is terrible.

Very disappointed. My neighbor and my Niece have both made purchases at this store and both had horror stories to tell. Waiting up to four week delivery only to find scratches or something broken thus returning the item only to wait another three to four weeks. It seems to me that your first delivery is automatically someone else���s reject. I just purchased a wide screen TV at Conn���s (next door) and decided to go to Ashley���s to look around. Since everyone works on a commission the sales people all rush towards you. Actually they won���t leave you alone for a moment. I described what I was looking for and the size and they start showing me every console in the store, regardless if it matched my description. Although I did end up buying the piece, and yes I did have to send it back twice for scratches and uneven legs. Although the piece I finely accepted still had a door that did not meet up with the sister door, I thought I could adjust it rather than sending it back the third time. Bottom line is I think they depend on exhausting you so that you accept flawed merchandise. Oh yeah, there���s a no return policy after 24 hours of making the purchase (haven���t even seen the furniture nor the bad customer service at this point). Three bad experiences, you decide if you want to shop here or not.
