I has a non Real Estate transaction with Howard "Trey" Teichelman, and I found out he is a Liar and a Theif. He knowing sold lien items, he produced "cooked" books. The sale of lien items is a violation of TPC Chapter 31 and Chapter 32 Fraud. Mister Teichelman also self notarizes his own signature as he did in April of 2006 and when called on it claimed his lost his Notary log book. He lies in Court documents claiming he was a mere shareholder when he was a co owner and Vice President of the Corporation he sold me. He lied about his wife having Lupus to make me feel pity. He also lied to the IRS in three years as a personal trainer 2003 04 05 he claimed a mere 36K for the Three years in income from being a personal trainer, even though he worked 30 hours a week and had a Comapny car. In 2005 he claimed only 3,380 for the entire year. I would be wary of any comapnay that would hire a man with such low Morals as Howard Emery "Trey" Teichelman III as an em[ployee
