Just picked up my car from Auto Electric Services (AES) today after having fought an issue with my car now for 2.5 months and I'm happy to report that AES solved my problem. I was referred from Pepboys after being told that AES were the only people they could think of to handle my cars electrical problem. Price was fair. Service was spot on. People were friendly and professional. They have definitely earned my business and my respect.

These guys are nothing short of mechanical and electrical geniuses!

After trying two other shops, AES solved my dead battery cause!! It was expensive but so were the parts. However, they did a minor repair that I was unaware of and didn't even charge for it. The turn-around time was one day. Robert, the owner, was professional and friendly. We had an event...they couldn't find my car key at delivery time! Robert and his brother both went out of their embarrassed way to find it...they went above and beyond...searching for hours. It turned out to be a wandering 4yr old curious about a Nemo key tag!! Their concern and diligence was as impressive as the repair. This is the place when other's can't fix electronic problems...they'll take care of you. Nice guys!

I had recently taken my car there (11/29/11), overall it was not a bad experience but just feel they charged me too much. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue but I was taken for $1000, for an electric wiring issue, I think they charge based on what alternative option would be i.e. going to the dealer or replacing the whole part not based on what effort it takes them. Their explanation of why it cost so much was not very convincing, they charged me $150 for wiring parts which is ridiculous. Also they busted my Alternator, which he mentioned was a possibility before repairing wiring, and charged me to replace the alternator. Also in most shops if the work is done at the shop the diagnostic fee is waived, but none of that here. Anyway I think these guys know what they are doing but charge too much, I would definitely take it to another place to get a comparison quote.

Took my car to these guys recently (11/15/07) and had a great experience. David at the counter was very professional and Robert the technician took the time to help explain my situation in simple terms. No one else in town would do the electrical work however AES took me in and got me out in just one day. Highly recommend!
