I visited the store in the Collin Creek Mall on Saturday, August 23, 2008. I observed the clerk of the store talking to a customer in a very disrespectful manner. The customer was attempting to return a single item of merchandise and the customer had the receipt. The clerk refused to refund the customer the money, was yelling at the customer and when asked politely by the customer to stop yelling, the clerk stated "it's an Asian thing". The clerk eventually got the manager on the phone for the customer to talk to. The manager told the clerk to refund the customer her money. After the refund of the money, the clerk followed the customer out of the store yelling at her and then called her a derogatory name.

I had gone into the store to purchase some things, but after I witnessed such unprofessional conduct on the part of the clerk, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the manager and complain to the manager, but have been unsuccessful in getting a return phone call.
