I have been in this store twice, and the first time a young lady was there and helped me tremendously and was kind and knowledgable and we even had a great convo... With customer service like that from a sales associate, I would assume that their manager had a great attitude and lead the example. Could not be more wrong. In fact, the owner, amber is one of the rudest, most belittling people I have ever come across in retail. It's like she gets annoyed when someone even walks in the store. She is rude and snappy and as snotty as can be. Honestly, the products are pretty good and the process is fun, but she ruins the whole experience. The woman is legitimately so scary to be around I wanted to get in and out as quickly as I could. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and gave her the benefit of the doubt, but judging by the other comments here, her behavior seems to be a trend. I even had a friend go in during the time she was working as well, and she said that amber was talking to another customer about how she "doesn't need to work because her husband is wealthy" WHAT. So so so Unprofessional and SNOTTY!! As good as the products are, I choose not to support a company led by someone so out of line. It's really quite a shame since I think the other closest one is the Rockwall location. And every other one I've known of has shut down. Ugh. So disappointing. Guess it's back to the body shop!

Products are awesome, I love the salt scrub and the silky all over body wash. The lady helping me was rude but other than her I would recommend the products

Really great products, you get to create your own scent & color. I have been a fan since 07. My skin has really looked and felt better since I started using them.
