This hospital serves you very well. They care about you! I am satisfied with the service here at Baylor Regional MC of Plano! Very nice and friendly staff! Thank you Baylor for caring for my daughter! Great place. If I have an emergency I know where to go!

Perhaps the best doctor appointment I have ever been to. The doctor and staff were unbelievable. The X-Ray teche was awesome and my daughter really liker her. She explained the process and was helpful and easy to understand. The environment and kind spirit helped my 11 year old daughter feel comfortable!

In August I went to the emergency because that is where my primary Dr. sent me. I presented with diarrhea, cramping and general discomfort. I DID not have a fever or any history of stomach issues in the past. I was left alone in the examining room and given 1 injection of morphine to ease the pain. At that point I could have left as I was feeling much better but the Dr on call insisted on doing every test possible on me including a CAT scan. She made me believe that I actually needed all of these to rule out a tumor. The bill for a 4 hour stay in which I was seen less then 10 minutes by an actual doctor was over 10 thousand dollars. I sent it to medical review which was a total joke and they now say they under-billed me. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER. The man ahead of me left with the same diagnosis.(possible colitis). He did not have insurance. He was on some kind of plan for the indigent. I saw his bill as he was leaving. I believe that it was $287. 00. Of course they did not do a CAT scan on him but we both left with the same meds. I would not go here again even if I was dying. The business office was also very rude.
