amazing place and my fav..ice cream ever

This store is awesome!!!!!!! The staff is very friendly and the store looks amazing. The cakes there are so amazing! You have got to check them out if you need a for anything. The girl that does the cakes is super sweet and willing to help you out . She is always there and can suggest flavors and a decoration for the cakes. I will always buy my cakes at Ben & Jerrys in Plano.

After waiting for them to open 15 minutes late my son was served bad milk shake! He is now sick! I wish I would have asked him for a sip before he drank nearly all of it! It was also not so clean inside! I would not have given it one star but you have to give at least one to post review!

Ben and Jerry's is by far my favorite ice cream! The store is always clean and the people that work there are very nice.

What a fun place for ice cream. I tried a ton of flavors and had a difficult time settling on one. Ended up picking two-- Cherry Garcia which is a classic and a new Yellow Brickle Road flavor. Delicious. This is what ice cream is all about!
