Customer service is not a priority with this Doctor!!! Recently we were dissatisfied with a product sold to us by Dr Carrell and attempted to return it for a refund. His office manager, Michelle, was very uncooperative, even combative, so we insisted on seeing Dr Carrell. We have both been patients of his for over seven years, yet he was unwilling to give us even a partial refund. To our dismay, he was completely unsympathetic to our complaint and was more concerned with expressing his own priorities (in this case, his profit margin) than addressing our issues. He has just lost two long-time patients in exchange for keeping "his" $150.
