Cathedral Italian Bistro was founded by the CEO of Cathedral Plumbing of Texas, Luis Uriarte as a way of celebrating Cathedral Plumbingâ??s success over the past decade. The initial goal was to provide Cathedralâ??s loyal employees with a delicious and elevated dining experience. Luisâ?? vision quickly expanded to give back to all of his customers and tradesmen who have made Cathedral Plumbing so successful over the past decade. Now, Cathedralâ??s warm and cozy bistro is open to everyone. To assist with this exciting transition, celebrated chefs were hired to produce a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
