We signed a 11 month lease at this apartment. Most of the time its a pleasant place to live. Its cheap, and you get what you pay for (there was problems with the a/c and things falling apart), but they we're pretty good about sending someone out relatively soon. Sharron, who is the manager at the moment, is VERY bi-polar. One time we will see her and she is the nicest person ever, then sometimes she will be very rude, and disrespectful.



Earlier today my husband went to turn in our electric bill and part of our rent. We ended up combining the two on a money order for $500. When my husband got there and handed them the check and told them (Sharron and one of her employee's) it was for electricity and part of the rent, they immediately started arguing with him about how he shouldn't put the two on the same money order. After they argued about it for a little while they started griping at him about the electricity being late by two days (we got paid late this month, no other option). We NEVER turn in late payments. I don't know if this is how they normally treat people that pay late by a couple of days regularly, but I think they acted completely unprofessionally. The man that was working for Sharon was just making it worst by arguing with him further on a matter that didn't even concern him. I am offended, and appalled that this is how they treat their tenants.



I will be calling their lender and asking them what they plan on doing about this unprofessional behavior exhibited by their employees.
