Rick is very responsive--he called me back on the Saturday I left him my initial inquiry--and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process of comparing plans and ultimately signing up for a new plan that will work well for my family.

Custom Health Plans helped me find health insurance as my Cobra was running out. Due to my pre-existing health condition, I was having trouble finding insurance and had another agent helping me, but he just kept trying to get me Major Medical, and of course I was denied. He left me stranded.



Luckily I found Custom Health Plans, which helped me find Health, Dental and Vision insurance that meets my current needs and budget. From there, Richard Monello of Custom Health Plans spent time going through each option with me so that I totally understood what I was getting.

This company is so nice to work with and they're located right here in the Dallas area. They helped me in getting a health savings account (HSA) last month. They were very knowledgeable. They explained exactly how HSA plans work, the advantages and made sure an HSA was the right option for me and my family. Great customer service and I liked how they're local.
