Called in a delivery order, all was well. Get a call from the manager a few minutes later saying I was $0.76 short on the order and they couldn't deliver it. It turns out that I was right at the time other places with sandwiches were closing, Jimmy John's, etc. I am literally right across the parking lot but the manager refused to let me come get it, and refused to deliver it after my order was completed on the first call. Due to the timing I was out of luck on food for my overnight shift. I'll be advising the company here, that orders a few hundred dollars a week in food for employees, about the lack of commitment to customer service, and they lost my business permanently over $0.76. Apparently a customer's max value to Dominos is, at most, $0.75. Good to know.
