We had a negative experience with Dr. Groussman. We brought the paperwork on our first visit which she requestedand she said we needed to have made copies since she would not make them for us. Our response was that we would fax it to her in which she replied that she doesn't recieve faxes. She accepts only cash or checks and her receipts are hand written. She was extremely hard to reach by phone or message and her professional demeaner was condescending and rude. After 4 minutes on the phone discussing an issue she abrupty ended the call by saying she "didn't have time to discuss this." After many years of bringing our children to medical professionals we have never had such an unfortunate experience as with Dr. Groussman.
