Provided by Superpagesi.e., A local favorite, or highlyThis Emergency room was so great. I get so nervous going to hospitals and they made me feel so comfortable! The Doctors ACTUALLY talked to me like I was a human being. They explained to me through and through their thoughts on what was going on with me and the tests to confirm. My nurse was sweet and sympathetic and took my mind off of the pain I was feeling. They really went out of their way to access all of my aliments both physical and emotional. I want to assure anyone who needs care to go to them! They are so much more personalized then any other emergency care room I have ever been to. recommended because

Beware of this center. They will make you do series of unrelated test and labs. you will be left with the bills. Please go to other urgent care centers and avoid this scam. My wife went there for fever, she was made to do series of unrelated test and procedure and she was left with huge bills. DO NOT GO TO THEM. unless you have a 5% copay or 0% copay and no deductable with your insurance. Even with that, you need to be a good citizen and avoid scam by reducing insurance and health cost.

Beware of the financial forms that you sign. They have a small line that says you give them permission to charge your credit card at any time if you do not pay the balance after 90days. They also give you a "swipe voucher" that states "The purpose of this voucher is to verify that the cardholder authorizes the presented card to be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by ER Centers of America, Inc. The voucher also verifies the identity of the cardholder as well as proof that the card was present at the time of the transaction" I only understood the last part which is why I mark x's in the dollar amount to avoid any further charges. They were only suppose to charge my card for my co-pay.
I was very ill and was not fully aware and understanding of what I had "agreed" to. This is a very bad way to do business. They charged my cc in Dec '11 for services that were provided on Jan '11. They are manipulative. If you are sick and not fully aware you should not be signing ANYTHING to that degree.
THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU SIGN. MOST OF ALL DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY

Provided by SuperpagesBEWARE - they did unnecessary tests even when I asked them not to...no flu symptoms at all and they insisted on flu test. Person at front said they would take my co-pay but all charges went to deductible and I am out lot of money. Will never go there again.

Provided by YP.comThese people will rip you off. Beware. I called to asked the price of a visit and explained the situation with insurance. They told me the price was $120.00. There were no tests, lab, x-rays or anything else done. Only 10 minutes with a doctor. At checkout they said only 95.00 was owed, so I paid it. Next thing we know a bill for another $400 shows up because they said the whole bill was not paid on the visit. The $120 could have been paid during the visit if they told me that was the cost.
Calls to their billing department got a 20% off the $400! No help at all when you expected to pay $120.00
Don't go to these folks!

Provided by SuperpagesBy far the worst place ever. They told us they could take our insurance and so my wife went in for a simple cough. They ran test without telling us how much it cost and that insurance wouldnt cover it. When we went to check out it was $500. They said oh sorry, its but you owe us $500. We dont take your insurance. W T F !!!! I am so mad. Dont let this happen to you. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!
