The job done amazingly! The repair dude, gave me good tips on how to ensure that it works properly. Cost was reasonable given the emergency and he worked efficiently. I was very happy with the service. The worker was on time (actually a little early) and he was very professional. He checked 3 units and replaced a part that was fried. He added some performance enhancing parts to two of the units. I would recommend this company to anyone who looking for heating & air conditioning/HVAC installation or repairing.

I called Express Ac Heating & Air this afternoon when my AC stopped working today. Within 90 minutes Sean was at my house. Within 45 minutes we had AC. Sean explain in great detail the situations with both our AC & Heating units that if not address would cause future problems and additional money.

My air conditioner stopped working and had "frozen up." I called Express Ac Heating & Air. I was told that A technician would be out between 6 and 8pm. Carlos arrived at 5:45pm (when does that ever happen?!) and quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided several options as well as some recommended but optional service. We decided on a plan and he quickly went to work. I'm now sitting in a cool home during the hot Texas summer. Very happy!

These are good guys. They were honest and helped us once in an emergency as well as gave us a good deal on a new system later. They took the time to explain the details of our new system.

We woke up Thursday AM and our heat was out, and by Friday AM, Roberto and his guys had removed our 21 year old furnace and replaced it along with a brand new thermostat. Highly recommend! Excellent customer service. Its great to deal with a company that offers personal service. Sean, the technician, is great to deal with, very knowledgable and friendly. Prices are also the best of all the other companies compared with. They techs are very friendly and smart, and know what they are doing. I have found my new "goto" company for any AC services and do not hesitate to 100% recommend them to anybody.

My ac was on the fritz and new to the area. Reviews online can be helpful but when service is involved experience can vary. That was not the case here. I left a message with the answering service and got a call from Carlos when he was leaving for work. He came by my house on his way and had my ac issues diagnosed and working within 30 minutes. I will be calling them again to do regular service and when an issue comes up again.

Express Ac Heating & Air put my system in yesterday and I couldn't be happier. I have 2 systems at my house and have been painfully nursing them along for the last 2 years. These guys did my neighbour’s house and it turned out great. I got the same setup but the new version. Can be controlled from my mobile phone and is supposed to cut my bill way down.

I financed the whole thing and had it installed next day. They did a great clean-up and gave me a maintenance agreement. Thanks guys
