DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He will rip you off and lie to your face. He talks about other patients to you and it is not nice or professional. He should be taken out of business. He has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. He has many complaints with the Texas Department of Optomoolgy. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR GLASSES, CONTACTS OR MONEY

Do not use this doctor. He provides bad customer service. After purchasing over priced glasses for my son at his office I was told due to my insurance it would be 3-4 weeks for glasses to arrive. I agreed at that time. We are now two months into the ordeal and every week I get told they will arrive next week. I finally called my insurance and they backed out the claim and corrected the situation. I have never been so disappointed by the lack of customer service and follow up I received from this clinic.
