I ordered carpet early March/2012 - put a $900 down payment...then carpet i was told over and over again.... back ordered for months. finally told it was in and then set up appt. june 4th for installation. checked w/jeff the friday before to make sure someone was to come to install monday as i had to get someone to remove furniture etc. from room over weekend.



---monday no one showed at appointed time.....no one called. then i finally called jeff and he said that he could not get in touch w/installer. again and again i called. no one showed. my husband stopped at store coming home from his job. store was closed at 3pm...strange. called and called and left mesages.... found out bankrupt....via someone else.

i have been devastated and mad.... as i am out $900.00. Thought this Jeff was honest..guess not...and i should have stopped the installation when carpet was back ordered.

as for the other 2 granite tile outlet stores- the one in highland village- i was told by someone working there that the partners split last year and higland store is not reliable to plano store. called the colleyville store..they changed their name to Granite Etc.

watch out....people....Jeff is a rotten person..a liar and a thief. i will never deal/nor buy from any small business ever...esp. in plano.



just hope no one else was taken by this horrible store in Plano...

and if you run across a Jeff..watch out he just may be in another granite store.

I had tile, carpet and granite done and they did an amazing job. Jeff and his staff were accommodating and professional the whole step of the way. I felt I was given a great price, staff came on time and answered all my questions throughout the process.

Very disappointed with the installation of my hardwood floors. Floor was extremely dirty when the installer left. Crew swept the floor a couple of times but did not clean up the residue left by the wood adhesive cleaner. Boot prints were everywhere, and the floor was filthy. Called the project manager to express my discontent. Tried to escalate to owners but calls were left unreturned. Took 5 extra days for the installation team to come back to clean properly, without being able to move furnitre back. All the installation team did was clean the entire floor with the adhesive cleaner again, which leaves a residue, and polish the floor up with a buffer. Floor looked great when they left but the problem was only disguised by a slick, high polish. Floors were so slick almost fell a couple of times walking on the floor. Had to clean the floor again myself for 3 hours, scrubbing on my hands and knees, to make them suitable to move onto. There are a lot of hardwood floor companies out there. My advice is use another one. This one was not worth it !!!



9 months later - several squeaks in floor in high traffic areas. Run, don't walk, to another installer !!!
