Provided by YP.comOn 9//27/13 I took our happy, energetic, seemingly healthy little dog in for a checkup and to have his dewclaws removed. Dr. Hanks did not have the results of his blood work back before sedating him. Unfortunately, he had heartworms and an adverse reaction to the anesthesia. His little heart gave out and we lost our beloved pet. Pet owners please be diligent in treating your pets for heartworms and getting routine checkups. Dr. Hanks, please be educated about the condition of animals left in your care prior to any procedure involving sedation. Also, show compassion and express sympathy for our loss and broken hearts.

Provided by YPmobileShe was not only willing but happy to stay a little past closing so we could bring our dog back to her a second time in the same day after our dog started going showing signs of getting worse after the days first visit. She ended up needing to give our dog a second shot due to an allergic reaction and held her after the shot to sooth her anxiety when she started crying from the stress. You will be hard pressed to find another veteranarian with such genuine feeling for others animals.
