Holland Resources offers CFO Consulting and Support Services, as well as, M&A Transactional and Brokerage Services to small to medium sized business. Our CFO Consulting and Support clients don't require or need a full-time CFO, but rather support in one or more of the following areas of service: Accounting, Financial, HR Solutions, Banking, Treasury, Planning, Advisory, M&A or Analytical. In addition, Holland Resources provides transactional and brokerage services to both Sellers and Buyers of business through our marketing or search techniques. We support transactions through analysis, marketing, planning, structuring, negotiating and transitional phases of the transaction. In addition, Holland Resources can assist clients with back office and HR Solutions to stream line cost, provide staff augmentation or search for a staff accountant.
