I was given an heirloom, cross-stitched tablecloth by my mother-in-law. It was over 60 years old as were most of the stains on it. I brought it to this store and Carla and I began to mark the stains with little pieces of tape. It was comical, as you could barely see the fabric underneath all the tape. At that time, David walked into the store and we discussed the fact that most of the stains would probably not come out due to their age. I told them if they could lighten them I would be happy, as I intended to pass the piece onto our daughter. David promised to see to the piece himself. When they called to say it was ready I picked it up and brought it home. I figured at this point something was better than nothing. I removed the plastic and laid the cloth out. I was brought to tears by what I saw. The cloth had been restored to its original beauty. EVERY stain was completely removed. The dingy yellow was COMPLETELY gone. Not one of the perfect stitches was harmed. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service and quality of care I and our tablecloth received! We now have a precious gift to pass on to our daughter!!!!! We are customers for as long as we liver here. Thank you again, David and Carla!!!
