They will blame YOU in case if there is a dispute. I complained about the fact that their treatments weren't working and got schooled on how my not aerating on yearly basis rendered their applications useless. But since they did come out with their $60K truck and dumped 5 gallons of some chemical on my lawn anyway they want to get paid for it. After the schooling was done my account was cancelled by the customer representative and I was told that if I don’t pay they will send my file to the collection agency. I was also assured that they always win their cases. This was after 3 years of being a loyal customer.

Provided by YP.comRude customer service, arrogant and caddish owner, what's worse their service sucks! No improvement to the lawn and when called to cancel I was told I have to pay 69.95 and not 29.95 (as per ad) since I had only one time service and not 8 treatments.

Provided by YPmobileBilled pretty regularly, but the results are zero. My neighbors use a competitor and the yard is totally different. I did not see any results after a 10 months of service. Grass is yellowing, weeds are worse than before, when I used to treat them on my own. I do not recommend.

Provided by YP.comAwful! Had Jurassic for 6 months with no improvement in weeds, I actually think they were worse! When I called to complain I thought they would come back out to re treat, nope! She said I needed a 90$ aeration! So I did the aeration and then they came out and treated again with no improvement. THEN they sent out a notice about the crab grass killer which said if you needed it then the price would be more since the EPA pulled it off the market! So why would they even still put it on my yard? These people are rude and the service is awful, stay away!

Provided by YPmobileDealing with Jurassic lawn care has been an utter nightmare First they came out for an estimate and an initial treat Once they treated they provided a list of several items they make money off of in order for me to continue service The treatment that they did failed to work and so I have them come out and retreat Which after they treated the second time I decided they were not the lawn care company for me. I called them to complain about the service and the lack of their technology to Provide adequate service to my lawn. They told me that was fine there was no contracts required and they would just take payment for the original invoice. Invoice was for 34.95. Which I happily pay. But then I received another invoice for the next month They continue to try to charge me for a service that I did not sign a contract for and the lady at the office said that By paying my initial invoice for the one time treatment it constituted some kind of a contract. These guys are crooks and they should not be in business. I feel that they took advantage of me and several people around me By offering a free estimate and a one time treatment and then doubled the cost of the treatment because I chose not to sign a contract with them I also feel that nobody should use this Company. I'm not sure who owns the company but they should look out for their the people that they service and not try to mess them over by overcharging incorrectly charging and trying to harass. Do not use this company they are too expensive and do not provide an adequate job and try to lock you into a contract

Provided by YP.comThis is one of the worst lawn care company, that i've come across till date. Im my previous home, we have Truegreen and never had any complaints regarding lawn care. The only concern i had was that Truegreen was very expensive compared to other lawn care companies. Hence, when i moved to a new place, looking for a economical lawn care, i choose Jurassic Lawn care, a big blunder. I had them service my lawn since middle of 2010 and cancelled my service when my lawn condition worsened by mid of 2012. I have complained several times and that did not help. I would never recommend this company and i should have looked at the reviews before starting their service.

Provided by YP.comI hired Jurassic at the start of the growing season and utilized their full services, relying on their program to put my lawn into shape. Whenever I called to inquire why I was not seeing results, it was my fault. When I notified them there was no evidence of even spreading of fertilizer I was assured that I was wrong...seems to me I should be able to see even spreading of granular product, but evidently not.
Fall is now here, they supposedly treated for winter weeds but my lawn is covered and I have had zero response from them to address my concerns.
Do yourself a favor, spend a few more dollars and hire a reputable lawn care company.
I do not, nor have I worked for this organization. I have given them a year to show action and improve my lawn, it now has more weeds, thinner grass than when I hired them a year ago. NOT Satisfied!

If you are wondering why your lawn isn't getting the care you expected I have the answer for you, the big boss of the company also known as the rude owner demands that each lawn be "taken care of" in 15 minutes no excuses. Also the work load that the underpaid employees have each day makes it impossible to give each lawn the care it needs. The products they use on your lawn can be purchased at your local hardware store so all you are
paying extra for is to have
someone else do it for you! I
would recommend NOT
signing up with them if you
have not yet and if you are
already a current customer
canceling but beware it is not
an easy task! The "ladies" at
the front office will advise you not to cancel and if you ask to speak to the supervisor you will soon regret that as well he is the most disrespectful person you will ever speak with. In the company the customer is always wrong! They will continue to blame you for what you are or are not doing! So would I recommend this company? NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!!!

As a new customers, I recently signed up to start weed treatment and aeration of my lawn. I called to complain there are still weeds and aeration did not happen, even though they left a bill for about $80 for the aeration. They insisted the work was done, although no evidence it was at all (at least some pulled plugs would have been visible, they were not) and I would incur another $80 if I want them to come out again. On top of that, if i want to cancel my treatments they would charge $69.95 instead of $29.95 for a single treatment. The friendly salesperson who signed me up originally failed to mention that opt out anytime without any further obligation really meant with a stiff penalty fee for not completing the 8 treatments. So, i asked to speak with a supervisor and I got "the owner" as he called himself. Hard to believe this was the actual owner with the absolutely horrible attitude about my complaint and told me, the customers makes mistakes and customers are not always right, and proceeded to shut down the conversions and handling of my complaint with telling me he does not want me as a customer anymore and would cancel my account. Nice...

What a joke! They do not horror this and is false advertising.
Folks beware...this is not a company you want to do business with and very disappointed in both the quality and level (or lack) of customer service this company offers.

Provided by YP.comTerrible service. My lawn is covered in weeds and when I called to complain (for the third time) I was asked for my payment which was due.... Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Buyer beware.
