Horrible, he just told me he was cancelling my account and hung up on me!

I had been a customer since 3/2013 until yesterday.

Last time they mowed it looked like they used a weed eater as a mower. When I complained that it was ragged and uneven, they raised my price!

Next, they were supposed to come on Friday and did not so I locked my gate because I don't like to leave it unlocked and they came on Sunday when I was home all day and just skipped the back yard not bothering to even knock on the door to ask if I could unlock it! Clayton a "manager" 888-438-6697 didn't want to hear it and said he was going to charge me for them to come back out and mow the back yard or force me to put a combination lock on the gate when I said I didn't want that, he said he was cancelling my account and hung up on me!!!!

Unhappy ex-customer.

We used Just Mowing for several years, we were reasonably satisfied with their service. Nothing great, nothing poor, but it was good enough to keep using.



We paid for every two week mowing, even though it cost us more per mowing visit. Paying for every week mowing in Dallas where the grass barely grows through most of the summer is just beyond us.



They lost us as customers when they insisted that we either go to the every week service or, as they told me on the phone, I could get my own lawnmower to mow the yard between their every two week visits.



If I wanted to mow my own yard I wouldn't be paying THEM to do it. I dont OWN a lawn mower, since I use that money to pay THEM to mow my yard.



We told them forget it, they lost a customer.



Their crew doesn't like mowing grass that gets high in two weeks? The grass growing season in Dallas is what, about two months long, since we never water our grass. And they complained about this?



We paid them to mow through July and August when the grass is tan and doesn't grow an inch. And they complain about mowing in May and June when it does grow.



There are better places.

Ive been a Just Mowing customer for years, they always show up on my mow day, answer the phone, and charge my credit card correctly. If your looking for reliable mowing , these are the guys! I also like not having to remember to leave a check or get an invoice in the mail thats 3 months late!
