DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! On October 30, 2017, Kinsman equipment invoiced us for a 2009 SkyTrak 8042. We wired funds for this machine on 10/31/2017. Once we purchased the machine, we had arrangements to keep the machine on their yard until we sold it. When we did sell it, we made arrangements for it to be picked up. Once they arrived we were told the machine was not there and could not be located. After speaking with John Beazley, a partner at Kinsman, he stated that he released the machine to a broker named Alex because he, “just assumed he was working with us.” After we explained we did not know this person and never released the machine to anyone, we asked for the name of the trucking company, the date of pickup, or the current location of the machine and we were met with silence and an extreme unwillingness to help. We asked to see the paperwork that was used to pickup the machine. Industry standard is to never release the machine to anyone without signed a BOL or some kind of paperwork stating a clear relationship between the driver and the company who purchased the machine. When we did speak to John again to ask about the mysterious broker he released the machine to, he stated, “I have not been able to reach him. I had Dan Robbins, who does not work for us any longer but organized this deal reach out with no luck. I have left several voicemails. I think the next course of action is for you to report the machine as stolen and give the Police the information you have on Alex.” The police will not help unless we are physically there to make the report and since it is a civil matter, there is not much we can do. At this point, we feel there is no other option than to warn others of their immoral and unethical business practices on as many online platforms as possible.
